Naturally, everything is negotiable with Albarent operators and varies depending on the travel details and service duration. CATEGORY BUS: – Chauffeur service (long-distance trips with 2 drivers): €0.9 – €1.4/km depending on the buses, which vary by year of manufacture, seating capacity, comfort level, accessories, and number of seats. Driver accommodation (breakfast & overnight stay) is covered by the client. Shorter distances cost more per kilometer than longer ones. Example: A 300 km trip may be charged at €1.4/km, while a 5000 km trip may be charged at €0.9/km. Naturally, everything is negotiable with Albarent operators. Prices also vary depending on the year of manufacture, technical features of the bus, travel characteristics, and duration of service. For services involving overnight stays (extra driver allowance, km outside the planned route), additional charges apply.
For cases where the driver is required to communicate in foreign languages such as English, Greek, or Italian, an additional fee of €10 per official working day is applied. ALBARENT provides a team of drivers who hold professional category driving licenses and are equipped with Schengen visas, enabling international travel.
ALBARENT offers the possibility for the driver, along with the vehicle, to wait for the client at a designated location. Likewise, ALBARENT offers the option for the driver to accompany the client to a specific destination with an ALBARENT vehicle.
ALBARENT provides drivers who are fully authorized to handle contract agreements, amendments, and representation of ALBARENT services, as if the client were communicating directly with ALBARENT staff at one of its offices.
Additionally, ALBARENT offers escort services with multiple vehicles, suitable for delegations, official receptions, protocol ceremonies, and similar events. In such cases, ALBARENT drivers wear special official uniforms in matching colors, including dedicated caps. These drivers receive special training in etiquette and appropriate behavior during the provision of such services.
